My Pizzeria Beddia Experience.

I know i'm very late to the party, but I recently had my first Pizzeria Beddia experience. The reason it took me so long was the fact that I was never really excited about the idea of waiting in line for food; and I was a proud member of the "how good could it possibly be?" group. However, Beddia had always remained on my list of placed to try and I finally gave in one day when the timing was just right (literally, their hours are insane). After waiting in line for about 35-40 minutes, I ordered the Arrabbiata pizza and was told to come back at my assigned time an hour later to pick up my pie. The whole experience was actually quite pleasant and those waiting in line genuinely wanted to be there. When it was time to pick up my pizza I walked up to the counter just as it was coming out of the oven and watched Joe Beddia meticulously add the finishing touches with great precision and detail. This was no longer a pizza, it was a work of art. The Arabbiata was perfectly spicy and delicious, and you could taste the quality ingredients that were used. The bottom line is that you're going to have to wait in line for this one, and that's okay. It's not about making people wait in line, it's about ensuring the quality of every single pizza. This whole experience allows you to take a break from your hectic life to appreciate something so simple yet so complex.
